  • Brief

    An initial discussion and filled in questionnaire clarifies your requirements and keeps the project on track. We may ask followup questions before beginning a thorough research and brainstorm, taking into consideration your competitors, market trends, what sets you apart and your aspirations, etc.

  • Design

    We begin working on the first design concepts for you, using softwares like Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop and Indesign. Before sending over the first round of concepts, our creative team and Creative Director will go through several rounds of revisions and do a preselection amongst ourselves.

  • Presentation

    Each design is shown in context using digital mock-ups in situations where the design will be used upon project completion — on namecards, letterheads, mobile phone app, billboard, brochures, clothing, when applicable. Then it will be your turn to consider the designs and prepare feedback for us.

  • Revisions

    This involves finalising an option or making revisions until exactly the right design is produced. The aim is to create a visual identity that works for your business, portrays the right messages and feelings, and which will continue to look good and be applicable for decades to come.

  • Delivery

    The final artwork files are supplied via email and/or for download. Our service and commitment to you continues even after the project is completed. Should you have any questions, we will always be available and can help design your stationery, website, brochures and printing too.
